The Mojotone Fat Mojo'Tron® humbucking pickups offer a fatter Filter'Tron® tone with more enhanced midrange and sustain, giving you a punchier low end response. These are original Filter'Tron® sized using only the finest parts and materials available. Our covers and magnets were reverse engineered from an original vintage Filter'Tron® pickup and consist of the same materials and composition.
With our consistent and proprietary winding technique we were able to unlock the true potential of the Filter'Tron® pickup tone so that it blooms with enhanced touch sensitivity and clarity. If you are looking for a fatter and fuller sounding Filter'Tron tone with more mids and growl, then our Fat Mojo'Tron® is a very versatile choice.
As a major improvement over the originals, we refined our Mojo'Tron® to have a wider bridge spacing and slightly higher output at the bridge position, giving you much better string to string and neck to bridge pickup balance. We also offer different mounting options for either direct mounting to the body, or mounting to a pickguard or pickup ring. All come standard with 4-conductor leads and fully wax potted coils.
