WORKSHOP POLICIES
We’re excited to have you join us for a Mojotone workshop! To ensure everything runs smoothly, here are a few simple guidelines regarding registration, scheduling, and safety. Our goal is to maintain a fair, flexible, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
While it’s rare, Mojotone may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or a credit toward a future workshop—whichever you prefer.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 30 days before the workshop to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the workshop date are non-refundable, but we’ll be happy to help you explore rescheduling or substitution options.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We understand plans can change! You can transfer your registration to another session at no additional cost if you contact us 30 days or more before your original workshop date.
If you request a reschedule within 30 days, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Rescheduling at that point depends on availability and may incur a small transfer fee or result in forfeiture of the registration fee if space is limited.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to send someone in your place—no extra charge! Please notify us of the substitute participant’s name and contact information at least five (5) business days before the workshop, so we can update our records and prepare their spot.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If a participant does not attend a workshop and hasn’t contacted us beforehand, the registration fee will be forfeited. To keep your options open, please reach out as soon as possible if something comes up—we’ll always do our best to help.
SAFETY & LIABILITY
Our workshops may involve tools, equipment, and materials that require safe handling and use. Your safety is our top priority. Please follow all Mojotone safety instructions and workshop guidelines throughout the session.
Mojotone is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage that occurs due to improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety procedures—but we’re always here to guide and support safe participation.
MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY
We love capturing the creativity and energy of our workshops! By attending, you agree that Mojotone may photograph or record sessions for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, just let your instructor know before the workshop begins—we’ll gladly respect your wishes.
