Classic 5-String Jazz Bass® Pickup

Built with Alnico 5 magnets, black fiber bobbins, and vintage spec heavy formvar wire. Carefully calibrated so that the neck, and bridge are balanced in volume and character. The neck pickup is clear and full while the bridge pickup has excellent output and punch. The bridge pickup is RWRP to achieve hum-canceling when both pickups are in use. 

Both pickups are wound to vintage spec with a little more beef on the bridge pickup especially. Black pickup covers and mounting hardware included. Vacuum potted coils. The 5-string version is built to the exact same specifications as the 4 string. They read higher ohms because of the longer coil but the tone is exactly the same.
