Our standard construction includes the use a 3/16" lip across the front of the shell to provide a more finished look.

"My 50 steel watt chassis fit great. No criticisms, very pleased. I did have to enlarge (re-drill with bigger bit) the chassis mounting holes for the larger M6 bolts I use, but historically I have always drilled them anyway, so no problem there - easier than usual.
