Designed in collaboration with Bill Kelliher of Mastodon, the Hellbender pickup set delivers raw power with the versatility to capture both brutal riffs and lush clean tones. With a dual-coil design using two wire gauges, Alnico grades 2 & 5, and ceramic magnets, it offers dynamic response, smooth coil-tapped tones, and tight attack with just the right amount of sustain. Ideal for high-gain settings and intricate clean tones, the Hellbender is built for a range of sounds, leaving room for new musical exploration.
F-Spaced for bridge position only; standard spaced for neck pickups. Select F-Spaced for string spacing wider than 2 inches at the saddles.
