PROs
* Pop in tremolo arm is a time saver, and convenient
* Shape of tremolo arm is preferred to traditional arm - doesn't angle "up" as far.
* Flat saddles work better for palm muting that traditional saddles (at least for me.)
CONs
* Lack of other finishes like Gold, Black, or Nickel
SUMMARY
This is my favorite bridge for Stratocasters. I put this on all my 2-point strat bodies, and I no longer buy bodies or guitars drilled for a 6-point tremolo because I like this 2 point bridge so much more. I originally got this factory installed on my American Deluxe, and since then I added it to a couple of American Standards and a special run MIM with 2 point setup. My only real complaint is the lack of other finishes. I've seen it left handed in Gold, but never right handed except on a factory special edition, and never in black or nickel. I can't downgrade this item based on that...but it is another example of why I have a love hate relationship with Fender. They do some great stuff...but they also do some really annoying things that are designed to make sure you can't upgrade certain guitars.

Beautiful tremolo! Similar to one used in American standard, but has nicer saddles, more springs included, and the press-in trem bar (with no tip). Block is different to accommodate the trem bar. Only has one string tree included. Haven't finished my build yet, so can't directly comment on my exact piece, but its very nice compared to the few other trems I've installed.
